I returned from vacation two weeks ago but my brain refuses to submit to its previous work schedule. I am indoors working on some wonderful and fulfilling graphic design projects for clients as well as paintings for a future show.
I am happy, and yet, I cannot eliminate that nagging feeling that there is a mountain to climb or a beach to walk. Have you ever had this kind of feeling? What is the solution. Must I discipline my “vacation brain”? Shall I make time during daylight hours to enjoy the outdoors and finish work when the sun has gone down?
