The Facial Pain Association
The Client: The Facial Pain Association is a non-profit health organization, serving patients worldwide who suffer from neuropathic face pain, most notably, Trigeminal Neuralgia, and their families, physicians, dentists and healthcare providers who treat them.
The Need: The client’s challenge was to establish a graphic identity that would be symbolic of the serious nature of neuropathic face pain, but more importantly, project a spirit of optimism and hope that would carry through all of their marketing materials.
The Solution: The Facial Pain Association retained Caren Hackman because she demonstrated that she understood and embraced the spirit and nuance of the organization. Working together with her client, she created a visual identity that was contemporary, warm and reflective of the goals of the organization. Caren has created countless digital and print outreach pieces from emails and social media art to brochures and a quarterly 30-page journal magazine.
Review: “Caren has skill and taste, her approach to marketing is on trend but most important she is an invested partner. Caren embraced the spirit and nuance of our organization and delivered our message graphically. We worked as a team on countless projects, large and small. If I was distracted by other demands she got me back on track, making sure deadlines were kept. Our NPO uses a variety of platforms to communicate with our audience and we have had many successes thanks to Caren’s skill and consideration. Thanks Caren.”
